Delivery Policy

We are happy to deliver your flowers and gifts on the same day given we receive your order no later than 11.00am EST Monday to Saturday.

If your order is received after our 11.00am EST cut off we will do our very best to despatch on your preferred delivery date, otherwise it will be delivered on the following business day.

We regret to advise we do not accept deliveries on Sundays or on Public Holidays.

Deliveries are made to all Metropolitan Regions of Australia (within a 40km radius from each capital city centre). For suburbs out of this area deliveries can still be arranged. Our customer service team will contact you directly to advise if your chosen location falls outside this radius. They will also advise you of an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at this time.

We can also arrange for International deliveries via our alliance with Interflora Pty Ltd. Simply call our friendly customer service team on 1300 30 30 23 to discuss your floral requirements and receive a quotation. Delivery times and an estimated time of arrival for your chosen goods will also be advised at this time.

Deliveries which are addressed to a place of business will be delivered by 5.30pm and residential addresses will be delivered by 6.30pm.

We can arrange for express delivery within most Metropolitan Regions. The cost involved with this is double that quoted for standard delivery, and delivery is made within a 3 hour period.
